- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and pepper until smooth.
- Add the green beans and 2/3 of the fried onions. Stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
- Top with remaining onions and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes until golden and crisp.
