  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups cooked green beans (fresh, canned, or frozen)
  • 1 1/3 cups French fried onions, divided
  • Optional: shredded cheddar, bacon bits, sautéed mushrooms

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Add the green beans and 2/3 of the fried onions. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
  6. Top with remaining onions and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes until golden and crisp.
