- In a mixing bowl, combine whipped cream cheese, sour cream (or mayonnaise), chopped dill, and a pinch of kosher salt. Blend until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer thinly sliced cucumber over half of the prepared bread, slightly overlapping slices.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread, spread side down, and press gently to seal.
