- Fill each bell pepper with the beef and rice mixture, standing them upright in a baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
