Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out your pie crust and fit it into your pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the fresh fruit, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt until well mixed.
  4. Pour the fruit mixture into the prepared crust and dot the top with butter, if desired.
Baking
