Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out your pie crust and fit it into your pie dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the fresh fruit, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt until well mixed.
- Pour the fruit mixture into the prepared crust and dot the top with butter, if desired.
Baking
- Place the pie in the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
