  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced For crunch.
Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil Extra virgin recommended for richer flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar Optional.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt To taste.

Preparation
