- In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and a spoonful of sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes until foamy. Add eggs, melted butter, sugar, and salt. Gradually mix in the flour to form a dough. Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll dough into a 16x12-inch rectangle. Spread softened butter over surface. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly on top. Roll tightly from long side and slice into 12 pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise for 30–40 minutes until puffy.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake rolls for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
- While rolls are warm, beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread frosting over warm rolls to melt into swirls.
