  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract Add in increments for desired mint intensity.
  • Green food coloring Use gel food coloring for a vivid hue.
  • Whipped cream For topping.
  • Maraschino cherries Optional, for garnish.

Preparation
  1. Combine the ice cream, milk, peppermint extract, and a few drops of green food coloring in a blender.
  2. Blend on medium-high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust the color with more food coloring if needed.
  4. Pour the shake into chilled glasses, top with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry if desired.
  5. Serve immediately while cold and enjoy the bright mint flavor.
