  • 8 pieces Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 large large eggs
  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 4 slices crispy bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for greasing the pan

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan with butter.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground pork sausage until it's browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and season them with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into the skillet with the sausage and scramble until the eggs are fully cooked.
  4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half. On the bottom half, layer the scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, chopped bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls on, then cover the pan with foil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt and the rolls to turn golden.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
