Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan with butter.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground pork sausage until it's browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and season them with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into the skillet with the sausage and scramble until the eggs are fully cooked.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half. On the bottom half, layer the scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, chopped bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls on, then cover the pan with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt and the rolls to turn golden.
