Ingredients
  

For the filling
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened 8 oz package
  • Tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp milk adjust for consistency
  • ¾ cup chopped cooked bacon
  • 1 cup cooked chopped chicken
For the wraps
  • 4 or 5 large burrito tortillas 10-inch size

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, shredded cheddar cheese, and 1 Tbsp of milk.
  2. Add in the chopped cooked bacon and cooked chicken, mixing until everything is well combined. If the mixture feels too thick, add a little more milk until you achieve your desired consistency.
  3. Spread about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture evenly on each tortilla.
  4. Roll up each tortilla gently but tightly to ensure they hold their shape.
  5. Place the rolled tortillas in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up the softened cheese.
  6. After chilling, cut off the ends of the rolled tortillas and then slice them into 1-inch pieces.
