Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded turkey
  • 4 cups prepared stuffing
  • 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth (optional, if mixture is dry)
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, celery, onion, and egg.
  3. If the mixture is dry, add chicken broth one tablespoon at a time until it holds together.
  4. Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized portions (about 1.5–2 inches).
  5. Place balls on the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and heated through.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with gravy or extra cranberry sauce.
