  • 12 oz Pasta (any type) Cooked al dente
For the Vegetables
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing vegetables
  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, etc.) Chopped
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Lemon cream sauce Homemade or premium store-bought
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Freshly grated for serving
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Fresh herbs (basil, parsley, etc.) Chopped for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Preparation
  1. Prepare the pasta as directed on the package, then drain it and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Introduce mixed vegetables to the skillet, sautéing until they become tender.
  4. Pour in the lemon cream sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Incorporate the drained pasta, tossing it gently to ensure everything is combined.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and chopped herbs.
