  • 4 medium Boneless chicken breasts Main protein, juicy and tender
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix Adds signature tangy flavor
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Makes the sauce smooth and creamy
  • ½ cup Chicken broth Keeps the dish moist during cooking
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder Deepens the flavor
  • ½ tsp Onion powder Adds a subtle sweetness
  • to taste Salt and pepper Balances the flavors
Optional ingredients
  • ½ cup Shredded cheddar Makes it richer and cheesier
  • ¼ cup Cooked bacon bits Adds a smoky crunch
  • Fresh parsley For garnish, adds color and freshness

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch mix evenly over the chicken. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour chicken broth over the top.
  3. Place the block of cream cheese on top of the chicken. Do not stir yet.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours until the chicken becomes fork-tender.
  2. Shred the chicken using two forks directly in the slow cooker. Stir everything together until the sauce becomes creamy and smooth.
  3. If desired, add shredded cheddar and bacon bits and let them melt before serving.
Serving
  1. Serve your Crock Pot Chicken Breast Meals over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes, and enjoy!

Notes
