  • 1 can corn Drained
  • 1 can diced green chiles
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • as desired Fritos For topping

Cooking
  1. In a large pot, brown the ground turkey over medium heat until it’s no longer pink.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion becomes translucent.
  3. Stir in the cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Incorporate the white beans, corn, diced green chiles, and chicken broth into the pot.
  5. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for 20 minutes, allowing all the flavors to meld.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and heat through until warm.
  7. Serve the chili in bowls, generously topped with crunchy Fritos.
