Coating the Apple Slices
- Dredge each apple slice in the flour, shaking off the excess.
- Dip into the beaten egg to coat fully.
- Press into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring even coating. Repeat for all slices.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Arrange breaded apple slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
- Sprinkle the apple fries with the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture while hot.
- Serve immediately alongside caramel sauce or vanilla yogurt for dipping.
