Ingredients

  • 16 oz gnocchi (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Equipment

  • air fryer
  • mixing bowl
  • measuring spoons

Method

  5. Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with Parmesan while hot, and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve immediately.

Use sweet potato or cauliflower gnocchi for extra nutrition. Swap Parmesan for nutritional yeast to keep it dairy-free. Avoid overcrowding the basket to keep gnocchi crisp. Meal prep tip: pre-season and refrigerate gnocchi up to 2 days ahead.
