- Remove gnocchi from packaging and pat dry with paper towels. If frozen, thaw before using for best results.
- In a bowl, toss gnocchi with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Arrange gnocchi in a single layer, leaving space between pieces.
- Air fry for 5–6 minutes. Shake or flip, then cook another 5–6 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with Parmesan while hot, and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve immediately.
