- 6. Spread fries on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- 7. Bake at 425°F for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway.
- 8. Remove from oven when edges are golden and crisp.
- 9. Serve hot with optional fresh herbs and dipping sauces.
