  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  4. Place your salmon fillets on the lined baking sheet.
  5. Press a handful of the breadcrumb mixture firmly onto each fillet until covered.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is flaky and the crust is a golden brown.
  2. Serve immediately with lemon wedges to enhance the flavors.
