- In one bowl, beat eggs with milk. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture, then press into breadcrumb mixture until well coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Spray both sides of coated ravioli with olive oil. Place in single layer in air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce.

Notes
Use panko for extra crunch. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket. Avoid microwaving leftovers. Make ahead by breading ravioli in advance and refrigerating until ready to cook. Best enjoyed hot with warm marinara sauce.
