Ingredients
  

  • 1 package fresh or frozen ravioli (about 20 pieces)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (Italian seasoned or plain with herbs)
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • as needed olive oil spray
  • 0.5 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Method
 

  1. In one bowl, beat eggs with milk. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture, then press into breadcrumb mixture until well coated.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  4. Spray both sides of coated ravioli with olive oil. Place in single layer in air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce.

Notes
