Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add your chicken, mixed vegetables, diced potatoes, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion, garlic, and seasonings to your Crockpot.
Cooking
  1. Mix everything gently and cover. Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until the chicken is tender.
Thickening
  1. Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks. Stir in a butter-flour mixture to thicken the sauce if needed.
