  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 1.5 pounds baby Yukon gold potatoes Can substitute with red potatoes
Seasonings
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
Butter
  • 5 tablespoons butter, cut into pads

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Position the beef stew meat in one half of the crockpot and spread baby potatoes on the other side.
  2. Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt evenly over both the beef and potatoes.
  3. Gently toss the beef to ensure it’s fully coated in the seasoning, keeping it separate from the potatoes.
  4. Scatter the chopped garlic across both meats and potatoes.
  5. Place butter pads over the entire mixture.
  6. Cover the crockpot and let it cook on low for six hours.
  7. Once done, spoon the garlic butter sauce from the bottom over the beef and potatoes before serving.

Notes
