- Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt evenly over both the beef and potatoes.
- Gently toss the beef to ensure it’s fully coated in the seasoning, keeping it separate from the potatoes.
- Scatter the chopped garlic across both meats and potatoes.
- Place butter pads over the entire mixture.
- Cover the crockpot and let it cook on low for six hours.
- Once done, spoon the garlic butter sauce from the bottom over the beef and potatoes before serving.
