  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

For the Sandwiches

Preparation
  1. Slice cucumbers and salt them, letting them sit for 10-15 minutes to draw out moisture.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Assembly
  1. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Layer the cucumbers on half of the slices and top with another slice of bread, cream cheese side down.
  3. Cut the sandwiches into triangles or squares for easy serving.
