  • 1 package pre-made pizza crust Use any preferred brand or flavor.
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Can use cheddar or mozzarella.
  • 1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage or bacon, crumbled Make sure meat is thoroughly cooked.
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper To taste.
  • Chopped fresh parsley For garnish.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven according to the pizza crust package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Spread the crumbled sausage or bacon evenly over the pizza crust.
  4. Pour the egg mixture gently over the meat, ensuring even coverage, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Baking
  1. Place the pizza in the oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  2. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before slicing and serving.
