  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (like pecans or walnuts) Can substitute with seeds if preferred.
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped Add extra for garnish.
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper Add according to personal preference.

Preparation
  1. Combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped nuts, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix everything together until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a log or a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate your cheese log for at least 1 hour to firm it up.
  5. Once chilled, serve it alongside crackers or vegetable sticks.
