Method
- Heat olive oil in a skillet. Brown the beef with chopped onion until fully cooked.
- Add garlic, crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Spread a layer of sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Layer half the frozen ravioli, more sauce, and cheese. Repeat layers.
- Top with Parmesan. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes
Don't thaw the ravioli before baking. For a creamier result, add ricotta between layers. Use freshly shredded mozzarella for best melt. Let it rest before cutting to keep layers intact. Easily made vegetarian with cheese or spinach ravioli.
