  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream Add a splash for reheating.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Experiment with different cheeses.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Cooked pasta or rice (optional) Great for serving.

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Toss in the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer while stirring well.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it melts and the sauce is smooth.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the shrimp over cooked pasta or rice, garnished with fresh parsley.
