  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Natural peanut butter You can use any nut butter of your choice.
  • 1/3 cup Honey or maple syrup Maple syrup is a delicious plant-based alternative.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
  2. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners for easy removal.
  3. Spoon the oat mixture into the cups, pressing firmly to pack them down.
  4. Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, allowing the cups to firm up.
  5. Once set, remove from the muffin tin and enjoy!
