Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard.
  2. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to your taste preference.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag, ensuring the salmon is thoroughly coated.
  4. Let the salmon marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. The longer you can let it sit, the more flavorful it will be!
  5. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Grill the salmon for 5-7 minutes on each side until it flakes easily with a fork.

Notes
