Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter to coat the bottom.
  3. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, giving it a moment to soak in the flavor.
