Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Use any flavor of Greek yogurt.
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter Creamy or crunchy, depending on preference.
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips Use dark chocolate chips for a healthier option.
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional) Adds sweetness; adjust to taste.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and peanut butter. Mix until the mixture is completely smooth.
  2. Fold in the chocolate chips and honey if you’re using it; this adds a delightful sweetness that balances the creaminess.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a silicone mold, or dollop tablespoon-sized portions onto a parchment-lined baking sheet for a more rustic look.
  4. Place your creations in the freezer. Allow them to freeze for at least 2 hours until they’re fully solid.
  5. When you’re ready to serve, pop the bites out of the molds, or break them into pieces if you’re using a baking sheet.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer to keep them fresh and snackable. Can last up to a month if stored correctly. For best results, let yogurt reach room temperature before mixing for a creamier texture.
