  • 1/2 cup peanut butter Almond or cashew butter can be used for a nut-free version.
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips Feel free to swap in your favorite mix-ins!
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey Optional, adjust based on sweetness preference.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth and well-mixed.
  2. Gently fold in the chocolate chips, and if desired, drizzle in some honey for added sweetness.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Use a spoon to drop dollops of the mixture onto the sheet, spacing them evenly.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the bites freeze for 1-2 hours or until they are firm.
  6. Once frozen, serve them immediately or store them for later.
