- Combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Let sit until foamy, about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Stir in the egg, melted butter, and salt.
- Add flour gradually until a soft dough forms.

- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size (about 1 to 1.5 hours).
- Punch down the dough and divide into 12 to 16 pieces. Shape into balls and place in a greased baking pan.
- Cover and let rise again for 30 to 45 minutes until puffy.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
- Prepare garlic butter by combining melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
- Brush the rolls immediately after baking and serve warm.
