Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment for easy cleanup.
- In a large bowl, add the shrimp, Parmesan, minced garlic, olive oil, melted butter, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
Cooking
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure pieces don’t overlap.
- Roast for 8 to 10 minutes, watching closely. Shrimp are done when opaque, pink, and the cheese is golden in spots.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
