- In another bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, and milk until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined—avoid overmixing!
- Gently integrate the diced strawberries into the batter.
- Transfer the mix into your prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
Baking
- Place the pan in the oven and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- While baking, whisk together the powdered sugar with strawberry juice or milk until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- Once the bread has cooled, drizzle the glaze generously over the top.
- Slice and enjoy!
