  • 2 pounds seedless grapes (red and green) For optimal flavor, use ripe, fresh grapes.
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened Can substitute with low-fat cream cheese.
  • 1 cup sour cream Greek yogurt can be used as a substitute.
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (such as pecans or walnuts) Can mix in at serving time.
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (optional) Add just before serving for extra texture.

Preparation
  1. Wash the grapes and remove them from their stems.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in the grapes until they are coated with the cream mixture.
  4. If desired, add chopped nuts and mini marshmallows, mixing gently to combine.
  5. Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
