  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil For cooking the patties.
For Serving
  • butter lettuce For wrapping the burgers.
  • tzatziki sauce Consider using homemade for added freshness.
  • crumbled feta cheese
  • sliced onion
  • sliced tomato
  • sliced avocado

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine ground chicken, red onion, minced garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, chopped spinach, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Use your hands to mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and mold them into patties.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side until they are golden and fully cooked through.
  3. Alternatively, grill the patties for a smoky flavor.
Serving
  1. Serve patties on butter lettuce with tzatziki sauce, feta cheese, sliced onion, sliced tomato, and sliced avocado.
