  • 1/2 cup Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
For the Chicken
  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs Boneless chicken breasts can also be used.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to create a tangy marinade.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs thoroughly with the marinade, ensuring every piece is well-covered. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Cooking
  1. Place the marinated chicken thighs in a baking dish, spreading them out evenly.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and juices run clear.
