  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled Can substitute with goat cheese.
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley Dill can also be used as a substitute.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns For serving.
  • Tzatziki sauce For serving.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, crumbled feta cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir until well-blended.
  2. Shape the mixture into burger patties.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
Cooking
  1. Cook each burger for approximately 5-7 minutes on each side, ensuring they are fully cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  2. Assemble on burger buns, topped with tzatziki sauce and any extra feta cheese if desired.
