  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce or greens for serving

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, Greek yogurt, diced celery, halved red grapes, chopped red onion, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
  2. Mix the ingredients gently to ensure that the grapes and celery remain intact.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve over a bed of lettuce or greens.
