Method
- 1. Spray a 9x9 casserole dish with cooking spray.
- 2. If using fresh beans, wash, cut, and blanch for 2 minutes. Drain well. If using canned, drain; if frozen, thaw.
- 3. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth, then stir in soy sauce.
- 4. Add green beans, 2/3 cup of the onions, and pepper. Stir to coat.
- 5. Spread mixture evenly in casserole dish.
- 6. Oven method: Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Stir, top with remaining onions, bake 5 more minutes until golden.
- 7. Air fryer method: Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Stir, top with remaining onions, cook 2 more minutes to crisp.

Use reduced sodium soy sauce and unsalted soup if you prefer lower sodium.
No extra salt is needed since ingredients are naturally salty.
