Preparation
- Pulse the Oreo cookies in a food processor until they are fine crumbs.
- In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese with the Oreo crumbs until the mixture is uniform and holds together.
- Scoop or roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the formed truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Coating and Serving
- Melt the green candy melts as per package instructions until smooth.
- Quickly dip each chilled truffle into the melted candy; tap off excess coating.
- Place the coated truffles back on the parchment-lined sheet and add sprinkles if desired.
- Allow the coating to fully set before serving.
