  • 1 package Oreo cookies Use regular Oreos for classic flavor.
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened Full-fat cream cheese is recommended for richness.
Coating
  • 1 cup green candy melts Can substitute with white candy melts dyed with oil-based coloring.
  • optional sprinkles For decoration.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pulse the Oreo cookies in a food processor until they are fine crumbs.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese with the Oreo crumbs until the mixture is uniform and holds together.
  3. Scoop or roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the formed truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Coating and Serving
  1. Melt the green candy melts as per package instructions until smooth.
  2. Quickly dip each chilled truffle into the melted candy; tap off excess coating.
  3. Place the coated truffles back on the parchment-lined sheet and add sprinkles if desired.
  4. Allow the coating to fully set before serving.
