Preparation

- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl; gradually fold the dry mix into the wet ingredients until just combined to avoid overmixing.
- Add green food coloring a little at a time, stirring until you reach the desired shade.
Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool completely in the pan before frosting.
Frosting and Serving
- For the cream cheese frosting, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then spread evenly over the cooled brownies.
