  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent.
  3. Incorporate the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until uniformly browned.
  4. Stir in the sliced bell peppers, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until the peppers are tender.
  5. Serve your mixture over rice, in lettuce wraps, or folded into taco shells.

Notes
