Halloween Treats Rice Krispies Brains

Chewy, creepy, and kid-friendly, these Rice Krispies brains are a Halloween party hit! Shaped into spooky mounds with raspberry drizzle, they're the perfect mix of sweet, fun, and fright — and easy enough for kids to help make.

Ingredients
  

  • 30 g butter (salted or unsalted)
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 5 cups Rice Bubbles (Rice Krispies)
  • Few drops pink food coloring
  • raspberry sauce or red gel (optional, for drizzle)

Method
 

  1. Place a large saucepan over low heat and add the butter. Stir until melted.
  2. Stir in the mini marshmallows until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Mix in pink food coloring until desired color is reached.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the Rice Bubbles until well coated.
  5. Lightly grease your hands, scoop a handful, and shape into small brain-like mounds. Place on parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle raspberry sauce or red gel over the tops to create a gory effect.
  7. Let cool for about 20 minutes before serving.
