Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry until it’s thin.
- Cut the pastry into squares.
- In a bowl, mix the diced ham, chopped spinach, and shredded cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the ham mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over to create triangles and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops of the pastries with the beaten egg.
Baking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the pastries are puffed and golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
