  • 1 sheet puff pastry Thawed
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced Use high-quality ham for best flavor
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped Fresh is best
  • 1 cup cheese (cheddar or swiss), shredded Can be customized with different cheese types
  • 1 large egg For egg wash
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry until it’s thin.
  3. Cut the pastry into squares.
  4. In a bowl, mix the diced ham, chopped spinach, and shredded cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place a spoonful of the ham mixture in the center of each square.
  6. Fold the pastry over to create triangles and seal the edges with a fork.
  7. Brush the tops of the pastries with the beaten egg.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the pastries are puffed and golden brown.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy.
