- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Spread mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
- 5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- 6. Bake for 25 minutes.
- 7. Remove from oven, sprinkle French fried onions on top.
- 8. Bake an additional 5–10 minutes until onions are golden and crispy.
