Preparation

- In another bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the greased baking pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
Baking
- Place the pan in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center; it should come out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool before slicing and serving.
