Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, protein powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Stir in the Greek yogurt to form a sticky dough.
- Lightly flour your surface and divide the dough into 10 equal pieces, shaping each into a ball.
- Flatten each ball and place about 1 tsp of cream cheese in the center.
- Seal the dough around the cream cheese to form balls again.
- If using, brush the top with beaten egg or spray with oil, then sprinkle with Everything But The Bagel seasoning.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F for 5 minutes.
- Air fry the bagel bites for 5–6 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly, and enjoy warm!
