- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×9 baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey for about 6–8 minutes, crumbling it as it cooks.
- Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then add spinach and wilt for 2–3 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and mix in the softened cream cheese until melted and well combined.
- Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes before incorporating the beaten egg and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
Baking
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until bubbling and golden.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
