Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack mini cocktail sausages (about 40 pieces)
  • 2 cans crescent roll dough
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)
  • 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds (optional)
  • to taste dipping sauces (mustard, ketchup, cheese dip)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll crescent dough and cut each triangle into smaller strips suitable for wrapping sausages.
  3. Wrap each mini sausage with a strip of dough, leaving ends slightly open for a signature look.
  4. Whisk 1 egg with 1 tbsp water. Brush over the dough and sprinkle with seasoning if desired.
  5. Place rolls seam-side down on baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly and serve warm with dipping sauces of your choice.
