- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll crescent dough and cut each triangle into smaller strips suitable for wrapping sausages.
- Wrap each mini sausage with a strip of dough, leaving ends slightly open for a signature look.
- Whisk 1 egg with 1 tbsp water. Brush over the dough and sprinkle with seasoning if desired.
- Place rolls seam-side down on baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm with dipping sauces of your choice.
