- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Mash bananas. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, and yogurt.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Mix ¼ cup white sugar with 1 teaspoon cinnamon for the swirl.
- Pour half the batter into the loaf pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly on top. Add remaining batter.
- Use a knife to gently swirl the batter for a marbled look.
- Bake for 55–65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack. Slice while slightly warm.
